FM2013 has been on discount a couple of times since the news about FM2014 was found on Steam's database went out. I have been on the fence because of this. Do you believe it's still worth getting FM2013?

I always buy my copies at a discount at the end of the cycle. True, the next version will have some features that are better.

X-Com: Enemy Unknown is back on sale, but not quite as good as the last sale. Probably moving toward a new price at $29.99. Right now it is $25.

And completely ungaming related but a good deal nonetheless. Walking Dead Compendium Volume 1 is on sale for 46% off at $32.24. It contains the first 48 issues of the comic book.

I can tell you now that FM2014 has not been developed to any releasable level, and it certainly won't be out until September/October.

Source: I'm the Birmingham City researcher and we haven't even started our research phases for FM14 yet and won't until the end of next month.

It's definitely worth a purchase if you can find it somewhere on the cheap! It'll keep you sane when the season finishes!
