Some guy posted there:

Magicka Collection and DLC, Sword of the Stars II and Crusader Kings II can (must) be activated on Steam.

Victoria II and the Sword of the Stars Collection (the first Sword of the Stars and its DLCs) are not Steam codes so they cannot be activated and downloaded via Steam.

Crusader Kings II works on Steam, as does all the Magicka. Victoria II gave me an invalid key message, as did SotS I Complete. SotS II I didn't try since I already had it on there.

I too have SotSII from a different deal last year and SotSI back when it came out, although never bought the last 2 expansions.

They ever improve SotS II? I loved the original, thought it was a quirky and fun gem. I know that the developers said they would bring it up to speed and continually update it, and I love to play it ... but not without knowing it had some potential. I just don't have enough money to buy it on a "might be okay" feeling.

This is really a great deal, though. Wow. CK 2 is such a fantastic game.

They've been working on it for quite some time. I can't say anything about it of recentness due to not having a computer good enough to run it and its DX10 stuff without terrible graphics (black specs everywhere, the ships looked terrible for me D:), but the forums certainly sound a bit more optimistic than before and the update number is higher than the last time I checked months ago.

You can change your billing address to US and it works fine. I've been living at 1234 Fake Drive for quite some time.
