That's the explanation why you can do none zed related research without labs

For how many cash you have: see your stats. You indeed started with 20.000 with the cost of your starting units subtracted (starting units are one of each of your blueprints)from that. 

MISSIONS ARE PLAYED ON THE MISSION MAP: See the provided mission maps, you can see the zombies there and such. The game is played by moving your units over that map, shooting zombies and such. If you're going to do a mission. For the rescue mission: there are 600 civilians.

If you're going to build things, please give me the coordinates of where you build them. As for the perimeter upgrade , the cost is per tile.

We start with both our starting units? Awesome! Will change that then. I know that the missions and played there, but It will take a miniturn for them to go to the mission, right?
The coordinates are there, edited them in before.
Will change my starting round a bit then.
Yes, that allozs me too round up who joins what mission and such

Send the Quickfoot Agents down at D12 and Hardfoot at G18 and have the choppers start evacuating
Your units will arrive next miniturn, by chopper, from the edge of the map.
They can immediatly move that turn. In order to start evacuating your choppers need to land near or at building. Note that it has been barricaded.

Is it possible to get from the first floor to the roof by stairs/something similar?

Send all of my troops to the mine to rescue civies, and begin  construction of the Perimeter structure.

Do you want battleorders for the mission now? In that case:
Land all the helicopters on the roof together with my soldiers. Set up a defensive position against the south and start killing of the closest zeds. (Will write awesome roleplay and more detailed orders when we arrive. )

Uhm yeah, about that. The mission is only designed for 2 people, and while having more is possible, it will unbalance the map a bit.

Besides that the perimter is paid for per wall unit (1 tile) but I think I will reduce it's costs a bit. You can decide where you want to have it.

Why? Your APC cant carry many civilians anyway, and they are very slow compared to the CHOPPAS.
