Sounds great, thanks! May this game be tons of fun, I'm sad to miss it.

If there is space still available, I want to join. If not, may I be added to the replacement queue, please? This looks like fun!

Darvi just loves the game that much!

I'd rather balance 10 than 11 anyway.

The Tomb of the Forgotten King.  Long had its treasure eluded the grasp of mortal men, with the rumors of traps and curses guarding it.  You ten, though, desired the wealth that it contained.  Wary of the dangers, you proceeded with caution.

The puzzle guarding the door to the lower levels was easily solved.  The trapped corridor was child’s play.  The stone golem room was defeated with force.  Each danger the Tomb threw at you was easily passed by the combined talents of the group.

Finally, you arrived at the central treasure antechamber.  The traps on the final door were the best designed yet, and appeared to require a key.  As you search for the key, there is a crashing sound- the door out of there had been shut and sealed!

After a while, it is determined that the door was sealed from the inside- and on purpose!  Someone among you has intentionally done this- and probably done so to keep all the treasure to themselves!

The door’s nasty traps have activated themselves.  The group decides to nominate one person- ideally someone responsible for setting the traps- to try to disarm them.  It might kill them, but at least you’ll be closer to getting out.

Can you survive the evil traps of the Tomb of the Forgotten King?

Day 1 has begun!

Day 1 will last until Friday, 4/20 at 11 PM EST.

Let's do this.

Mr. Dwarfinton: I don't think I've ever seen you play before.  How much Mafia experience do you have, and where?

Tiruin: Which artifact do you think would be most useful for the town?

Flandre: If you were scum, which players would you fear most if they were town?  How about the other way around?

Mr. Dwarfinton: Are you new to Mafia games?  What's your previous experience?

Flandre:  If you were scum and couldn't choose random, which class would you pick?

Urist Imiknorris:  As a thief, what cues would you be looking for to decide whether to steal or quest?

GlyphGryph:  If you could pick an artifact to have right now, which would it be?

PPE:  Damn it, Jack.

There's a list of artifacts somewhere? Sweet.

Anyway, I mostly popped in because of Toasters message, and haven't even read the opening post yet. Gotta work. More tonight.

first = Darvi

I have played 1 game of mafia on a Spacestation 13 forum. I understand the 'bones' of the game.

From what I have seen, it would probably be Urist Imiknorris and Glyphgryph either way. It's a bit of an uninformed answer, but there it is.

Flandre:  If you were scum and couldn't choose random, which class would you pick?
It would probably be the Priest, since protecting my scumbuddies would seem to be a smart move.

Tiruin: As town, how would you treat the first day differently than a vanilla game?

Darvi: Would you rather be a Ranger or a Warrior, and why?

Shakerag: If there was someone I was particularly suspicious of, but who looked like they wouldn't get lynched, I'd steal their soul stuff. Otherwise, I'd quest.

Dariush: If you were a scum Paladin, how would you use your inspect?

Native: Who would you most prefer to have on a scumteam with you?

Darvi: Why did you pick random?
