Is it not cheaper in the long run to run a 10m R&D and just... outsource research whenever the heck I feel like it?

Current research: Researching  Diamond of quality 53
Current outsource cost: $1,379,637,413.28
Time remaining: 04:52:53

Which one would you prefer, waiting 5 hours, or paying over 1 billion to outsource :P
This is with a 1500m2 Prospector btw, I do not skimp on research (as you can see from the world rankings)
I'll get to that juncture when I get to it.  I'm still only researching strawberries at a leisurely pace.

I think rather about dead chickens (whole chicken, chicken breast, chicken drumsticks).
I'm working on it... but, only make enough to supply myself, plus a few thousand I guess.

I can supply more live chickens to be turned into dead chickens. If someone gives me the money to buy the land + factory, I'm willing to sell chicken parts at unit cost * 5% + .1

If anyone wants some condiments of decent quality and low quantity, let me know. I've got like 5 condiment factories set up :P

How does owning multiple company works? Do they share the warehouse? Can you do internal transfers without hitting the market snipers?

Each company is an independent entity.  They have there own land, store sales, warehouses etc..
If I want to transport goods I have to put them up on the B2B market and buy if with my other company.  (I haven't been sniped so far, but I have accidently exported the goods instead a few times)

So, I've started to do some experimentation, with comparing Import Prices to B2B prices, and taking advantage of empty markets.

I've gotten one particularly good product from Import to B2B. The markup is pretty decent. 2.5.

Are you buying products on the import market and reselling it on B2B? Why do people buy your product?

I've been doing really well on the furniture market, building stuff and selling on b2b. I've built a few more R&D center to tech up other areas, like paper, and once the tech is a little higher I'll mass produce those items :). My plan is to build a big office store and producing most items myself, but atm I'm still working on B2B to build relatively quick capital.

My current strategy is working quite well, Build up one retail store with a large number of products that sell fairly well (gas station) then log in, import lots of everything, price it at approx 150%-200% what i paid, then log out and wait for the cash.
2 caveats, when i tried this with fruit i found it's doesn't really sell well enough to justify the m icromanagement, with my gas station each product is selling 10-30 items a tick and on average nettuing me a few hundred to a k income each for a size 100 store.
But theres certain products that sell really well that i'm making a killing on, and which i should priduce myself for greater profit, thus far it's gasoline i'm making myself (produce it for $3 each and resell at $16-30 depending on how much stockpile i have)
It's kinda odd though that you can just raise prices and get higher profit margin but over a longer period.

Mistakes, unable to notice imports, better to pay 1.5 to 5 times more rather than click additional button? I earned more money this way than on my apples (810k waiting on B2B).

Salt prices are just absolutely terrible now..

Depends on whether you're buying or selling :P But yeah, I stopped research on salt, it's a lost cause. Maybe worth switching to salt products or halite. But yeah, who the hell is going to buy 6 million tons of salt?

Are you buying products on the import market and reselling it on B2B? Why do people buy your product?

Lol, I tested it out for a bit (accidentally bought too many 0s of something and sold it off at double price). It works. There's a secret to it, but it'll fail once it becomes a popular strategy.

Looks like my strategy is working.

I'm selling the things i produce in a farmer's market, and i price it 5 times the wholesale value, so that it doesn't sell too fast. Then i use most of my cash on increasing the size of my plantations, and researching everything i can in the agricultural R&D at Q5. I produce batches of 50k of everything i have researched to fill my store, and it's getting me several millions a day, i think.

Now i'm slowly expanding into processed foods, since it also sells at the farmer's market.

My company's networth is almost $9M right now, and spiking straight up.
