Sengoku:  You're the most helpful spam bot there is!

On that note, what is the commission?  It's around 5% from what I saw of that one unit sale, but does it go down from bulk sales?

I am glad I can at least be somewhat helpful :D

As for commission, it is 5% regardless of amount.

we shouldn't corner the gas market yet... cornering a market is an ongoing effort, and I think we should use coal as our test bed.
trying to hold more than we can, and losing both markets , would just leave us bankrupt.

anyway,  I can't contribute due to lack of cash, and me going to sleep. see you tomorrow!.

Gas is cheap.
Quote
1000 Energy = $70 + 2 Coal
Coal = $10.00
Cost to make 1000 Energy with Coal: $90
Cost to buy 1000 Energy: $90

1000 Energy = $70 + 20 Natural Gas
Natural gas = $.97
Cost to make 1000 Energy with Natural Gas: $89
Cost to buy 1000 Energy: $90

If coal/gas is made:
2 Coal = 20 Energy + 20 Water + $5.60
20 Natural Gas = 80 Energy + 80 Water + $3

Well, I'm going to sleep and hoping that my stores will make enough money so I don't go bankrupt over the night. I don't know how much upkeep I have to pay.

How hard is it to actually sell goods on the market? Judging from past experiences with online games like this, people will be undercutting like mad, or is it not so bad?

Whats a good thing to sell as a beginner? Honestly, im thinking of heading down to Gasoline and Jewelry but im not sure, just keeping afloat with lemons atm.

I am in the middle of producing an even cheaper batch, at $0.5.

You could try getting into the clothing and accessories markets, they have low supply.

If you're making clothes and accessories and put them on B2B for less than import, I'll buy them from you.

I'm making a killing at retail, though getting in on the IPO (by sheer good timing) of a company will prove fruitful.  Damn, I wish I had more than 18k to spend on those $1 shares... that are now $4.87 shares.

Unless you do insider trading (AKA someone says "hey I'm going public at X time, be there"), then yes, sheer luck.

Well, if any of us does get to that point, we should definitely coordinate things so we can all make a quick buck.

I love how playing this capitalist game gives me an excuse to be so evil.

Hell yes.  It's easy to be evil at capitalism.

If you require proof of that, just check the coal prices.
