Depression is pretty common.  It can be treated in a wide variety of ways and depressive people have gone on to accomplish great things.  Many even use their depressive experiences to great ends.

I make flip diagnosis.

This is what I am paying you for? Bah!

I read faster upside down.

You are more visually than kinesthetically oriented. Consequently, looking up is more natural for you than looking down. When you're upside down, your eyes move upward when scanning through the text, which physiologically encourages use of brain areas that are more well developed for you.

Simple test: slowly tilt your head up or down while reading and see which is more comfortable for you. I predict that you'll read more quickly when you're tilting your head down, because that makes your relative eye movement up.

You like drinking water!?  People still do that?  Evidently you are a weirdo.

I've just eaten like 8 red lobster cheddar bay biscuits today, and over the past week I have eaten over a dozen pieces of garlic bread, made with different types of bread (cuban, hoagie rolls, hamburger and hotdog buns)  Mainly cause I just discovered that yes, in fact the italian seasoning ...seasoning does give the full garlic bread experience.  The red lobster biscuit things are just cause they are delicious and someone brought them home.

You're pregnant! Congrats.

Sometimes after a long or stressful few days, I will go about my business- cleaning the house, playing on the computer, etc- and make shrill, nonsensical noises as loud as I can, for hours on end.

Your mind is probably detoxing itself of frustration due to being oppressed or bond by stupid social orders. Don't fret.

I tend to feel worse about messing up on the Internet, then real life.

You possibly associate/spend more time on the Internet than interacting with the outside, thus you affiliate more with the cyber-realm and its denizens rather than the physical universe. Thus, social gaffes on the Internet mean more to you than messing up in real life.

I tend to have flashes of megalomania toward people around me when stressed out.

When you feel stressed you have delusions of being more powerful? That sounds like the flip side of the coin, with the other side being delusions of being less useful than you are. So you're on the more appealing side of the coin.

I say something stupid, notice it too late, and start acting like Pinkie Pie.

I don't know who Pinkie Pie is, but a cursory examination of the internet suggests that she is the pony avatar of the metaphysical form of laughter - that is, she is laughter incarnate.  You are trying to make up for your perceived folly by turning it into a joke, thus displaying recognition of your mistakes and hopefully a degree of wisdom - perhaps to gain the respect of your peers and undo the damage the social faux pas did to your self esteem.

I have a tendency to start (bewilderingly) popular forum games or adventures and then fail to complete them, burning out from an imagined sense of obligation and duty to update rather than having fun.

You fear responsibility and that fear destroys whatever enjoyment you might've gleaned from the games.

I spent too much time wasting time on forums, tvtropes. ect.

But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

The internet is addictive. And besides, TVtropes would still be a time-devouring vortex even if it was a set of books.

I'm obsessed with working out details when worldbuilding.

This may partially be due to a perfectionist nature, but more likely you enjoy the act of construction and filling out those details.  You must eventually reach a decision to progress; are you writing a story to showcase your world, or are you building a world to tell a story?  This will tell you at what point it is necessary to stop worldbuilding and start writing.

I picked a very strange name to use on the Internet.

This is because your strange name is a reflection on how strange you are in real life.
