Miero_O What did you expect here? :3
The orb of light again appears. It is as bright as a small candle, but does not flicker, and also moves at your whim. It does not bob. You extinguish it with a slight thought and go to sleep.
[
Power set to 6/6]
The next day, you go to the center of town to find work.
There is a man that seems in urgent need of a delivery. You go up and speak to him. He has a black robe covering his whole body, and the hood obscures his face.
"
I have a quick message to send to the south west village. I know it is on the opposite side from here, but I can pay."
He shows you a small, stamped piece of paper. It is an
f100 note. It is worth one hundred copper coins that have a square hole through them, and is backed by the big temple that is in the north village. Of course, few of the people in the nine villages actually believe the temple's priests and gods - most have been brought up to the story of the three forces of creation - but they do enjoy its services. Apparently, the temple was established by outsiders about twenty years ago.
Without waiting for an answer, he presses the note into your hand, and mutters, after looking around to make sure no-one is eavesdropping,
"
Go to the bar, and tell the man known as le bartender (yes, that is his name) that he is to execute plan gamma. Recite it to me."
> Recite it to him, then go off?
> Deny, and return note?
Inser"
Hmm... well, you know that merchants come every so often to trade. They are outsiders, and they come from somewhere to the east. The nine villages are in a 'basin', which means there is a ring of high mountains surrounding them. It should take a week on foot to get to the pass the merchants come through."
SaldenYou pick up a handful of dirt. You have an idea before you start using your magic: you roughly shape the dirt into a cup shape, before willing it to be.
Nothing happens. You feel
1 power leaving you.
You then touch the totem again, but nothing happens, still.
KaelanYou make the mud release its hold on the boar. With your thought, the mud turns back into the springy grass it was, and the boar is ejected from the ground. You scramble over and sling it over your back, before starting on the trek to the village.
The sun is setting as you enter the outskirts of the village.
JacquesLe bartender declines, saying he has business to do, and Jacques heads out without him.
You look at the namu. You look at your hands. You look back at the namu.
You don't discover anything new about yourself. :/
Let the plot begin!
Do any of you mind if I force some and/or all of you together? xD
