((I have like 10 players, and its hard to not only wait for all 10 to post, it's also a bigger chunk of time ...))
Imagine, that there is a nine-pointed star made of three overlapping perfect triangles...If one point is to the north, there would be a north, north-east, east, south-east, south-south-east, which is slightly to the south than the east side, a south-south-west, a south-west, a west, and a north east village. That is how the nine villages are arranged...
The gifted of the sky, and their namus, are in the NW, N, and NE villages. The gifted of life and its' namus are in the E, SE, and SSE villages. The ones of the earth are in the W, SW, and SSW villages.
((...I'd draw a map, but I'm short on time...>.> Maybe later.))
InserYour home is the SSE village, you remember. It is to the north of this totem-thing. You return.
It takes roughly thirty minutes to clamber through forest to your village. It is a community of about thirty or so houses of logs or brick, and has a paved town square. There is a small well in the corner of the square, and a stream flows around the whole place.
MierMier's home town is the NE village. It is south from here, about thirty minute's walk. The sun, the bringer of all life, does seem to be brighter, but not oppressively so. In fact, you can almost look straight into the sun and not have the bright patches you see when you normally do such an act like that.
Your home village is on a low hill, with a stream in front and the rest of the hills to the back. You quietly enter the village, and none notice you.
KaelanYou leave the totem and return to your hunt.
Two hours of cautious tracking later, you find the fresh tracks of what seems to be a wild pig, judging by the scuffed ground where plants were uprooted and devoured. The ease of your tracking seems to indicate you are at your top condition.
Azthor(Please post who you are and your secondary school, along with your power... it really helps when I don't need to scroll up and down)
You touch the totem.
...Nothing happens, though you feel an initial jolt from the wood.
AileYou look around you. You are in a clearing, about 15 feet in radius, and filled with small plants that normally don't take root in a forest due to the lack of sunlight.
The namu is a bright blue color. It probably can be seen from far off. It does not seem to be painted; in fact, small chips on it show that even the inside is blue. It is wood, however. At least, it feels like wood.
Aile finds a number of herbs that she knows helps with knitting of wounds and curing of fevers. She also picks up a couple of mushrooms that are famous for their hearty taste like that of meat. Aile also picks up a heavy tree branch that also is fairly straight.
One bunch of curing herbs, one bunch of fever-curing herbs, one bunch of good mushrooms obtained.
JohnJohn returns to his NW village. It is a quaint place, with a number of hilly crops such as mandrake, hill barley, and numerous berries. It also has a mill ran by wind power, though there is little need for it most of the time.
