Three Worlds, Zero Flux

I assume it's a bug, but I haven't seen any other threads about it.
You guys know anything?

It's caused by having truckloads of minerals due to a low mineral scarcity. It's a trade-off, you get lots and lots of gems and metal, you get naff-all flux.
