You consider to eat more flowers and dig a hole with bare hands, but you think that would be insane. Your not some sort of psychopat, goddamnit.

Anyway, you need a shelter. They will not find you soon, so you need fresh water, some warmth and protection against bad weather. At the moment it's warm and somewhat cloudy.  (6)

Your stomach hurts, the headache is annoying, but at last you don't need to stick your finger down your throat. It would be better to search a shelter now.

So, you wander aimlessly. (8 )
At last! A hill. That's not a shelter, but now you can check your surroundings.
With vigor you climb it up and now you see your new home...
In north is the grassland where you come from. Dozens from these flowers. You feel a little concerned, that nothing lives there beside this flowers.
In the east, there's more grassland. Chirping and humming comes from here. Not sooo many flowers here, but more shrubs and herbs.
The west is the hilly lands. The hill you're standing on it is the rightmost appendage of this chain.
The south have a forest. Funny trees... The leafs of them are yellow and blue.

Does this planet have a name? If not, call it 'Merlin'.

Perhaps we might hold off on naming of planets and lands... Hmm... The grassland may yield edible vermin or actual prey of hunt, and those shrubs and herbs may contain a berry or root that won't instantly give us cyber-diarrhea.

The hills themselves might later yield clay or stone for building, but for now food is our primary concern. Once we've explored the grasslands with all their buzzing and humming, it might be wise to head over to the forest and see about those trees. I'd collect a sample of bark, leaves, and see if the wood is strong or supple. Such wood might be useless in construction yet useful for bow-making, or vice versa. In the least, we can gather loose branches and dry leaves for making a fire.

We know nothing of this alien world. Though our landing site might seem peaceful, there might be any number of ravenous creatures just waiting for darkness to fall...

Food. Shelter. Fire. In that order, and we MIGHT have a hope of surviving through the night.

Let's go!

Agreed but lets explore the shrubland first as that looks the most promising in terms of food.

That's exactly what I said. The 3 biomes scouted are forest, grasslands, and hill. Grassland has shrubbery and chirping, and is the most logical first destination.

You stomach grumbles a bit. You don't think this is good.
However, off to the shrublands! Maybe they provide food, that don't brings you a ass bad tummy ache. Ouchie.
Or the forest, eat this odd colored leaves? Naaah, you're not a coala or something like this.
At the way you try to remember the name off this planet... 0100010101100001011100100111010001101000 it was! You decide 'Merlin' is a better name. At last, it haves no numbers in it.

Dumdidum, wanderin' in this shrublands and collect as much berries you can carry... They have really odd colors. Some of them are brown, others are grey and a particular sort looks like blue, swollen male genitalia. Why are you picking these however? Perv.

Rub some of the berries against different parts of your skin to see if they're hilariously poisonous. Hold onto them for when you're really hungry. The brown and grey are most likely safe. The swollen blue dong berry is likely not, but try it anyway, we're desperate.

Desperately gorging on swollen dong berries... This deserves a mention in the out-of-context hilarity thread.

Avoid the dongberries. The universe is just trying to fuck with our head.
although maybe we could mush 'em up to make ink, in case we want to write anything down.

You don't have any stash or room for more than one berry for each kind. But anyway... You don't really know if these berries have poison or not. What do you do now? You just rub your skin with these berries on different positions. Brown berry is the right arm, grey berry left arm, dong berry your right knee. Woah... THis dong berry has white goo as juice... Who the fuck come to this ideas?

Anyway, you look what happens now. Maybe they're all harmless... You hope.

I still don't trust the dongberries. Something about them makes me suspicious.
