gamepad for dwarf mode

button 1: pause/unpause
button 2: esc to menu
button 3: scroll menu up
button 4: enter
button 5: whatever
button 6: whatever
button 7: whatever
button 8: whatever

to use:  embark, then press buttons 1-4 in succession to abandon fortress.
