Hmmmmmmmmm. Yep, DLC is definitely worse than buying up toxic loans and contributing to economic crisis.

Yeah, this is just a perspective problem.  EA isn't teh worst company in the US.  They're dicks, but you'd have to be seriously narrow-minded to think they'r ethe worst

Not exactly a scientific poll to begin with.

In many ways, though, this shines favorably on EA. People most likely voted them over banks or oil companies because banks and oil companies are abstract dicks which are ruining things on an abstract level, whereas EA is either producing games people really like but are mired in crap they don't, or producing things people know could be really awesome but aren't quite.


They're not The Worst Company In America*, they're The Worst Company In America People Value Enough To Complain About*.

While we can't deny BofA did more damage to US economy than EA, this does prove how bad EA reputation is from market perspective.

I read somewhere that nearly all those companies EA mentioned have all allready won this award, and thus were not eligable to win again? I don't really know much about the consumerist or this poll.
