Yeah, if upgrade stacking ends up being a thing, consider diminishing returns. That would probably encourage people to buy everything else first, unless they feel like going even more glass cannon for some reason.

I beat Level 1, but after that I got bored.

Also, Shook, you should do a poll on the highest level everyone's beat the game on.

Edit: Miscellaneous feedback: Currently, the first boss is much stronger than the second boss in terms of difficulty. The second can just troll you by having a ship hit you after you win.

Despair not, i've made the second boss significantly harder in its first phase by making it actually aim for you. ;o
Also, definitely going to make such a poll once we have some more levels up, i'd like to see how many people hit an impasse with the third boss, hee hee.

I was disappointed to find out that the guns simply stop reloading once the fire delay hits 0. :c
But yeah, this might be a thing later on, just don't hold your breath too much (which is already not recommended given our rate of work).

It feels old school in its difficulty.

Wow, really glad to hear that! Whether it's because i'm overhyping or because it looks interesting is not something i know, but it's awesome to know that others are observing with interest. c:

Also, second boss has been apeshitted. I've tested it on Normal with no upgrades, and i typically die before the first huge laser goes off. For the record, on the apeshit version, that laser goes off after 4-4,67 seconds. I'm not sure what's killing me the hardest, the incessant barrage of homing rockets or the incessant barrage of big yellow shots. :U (or the fact that it has 5 times as much health as the normal version)

Of course the graphics are still majorly in dev-mode, and the options menu isn't currently available through a menu button, but it works. Thank god for configs

I am in fact another person, I've been helping Shook with development. I programmed the last two bosses, levels 13 and 14 and various other things.
