Yes I know.  However, the archetype of "unintelligable, insane swedish chef" is older still.

Swedish chefs would have to be insane to consider lutfisk a delicacy.

To the first statement: the swedish chef speaks gibberish, not swedish. That other guy switches between real swedish and english.
To the second statement, I completely agree that a fish that turns green when you mix it with beats is disgusting.

For me, it was the whole prepared using drain cleaner made with lye water part that makes me question just how far the lye has gone to sweden's head....


But turning vile green is definately another reason.

I mentioned him twice in the beginning, but for some reason HFS --> Sausages --> Swedish cooking.
