Climb on over to see what the big glowball is, preferably without killing myself.

"Hrmm. I wonder. Steve, could that glowing thing be the amp that caused the overload? And what was that rumble earlier?"

Follow Lyra's progress as she climbs, and if she falls, try and catch her with my amp. Begin working out where I'd need to place it relative to her position, and get ready to do so. In other words, charge brain to use my amp to catch a falling catgirl.

((In terms of a planet-scale battle, considering the enemy can't make a proper groundfall until the SOM laser batteries are down, we should focus on keeping the batteries operational. Getting orbitally bombarded while fighting enemy heavy armor is not going to be easy for us.))

((The bombardment is going to be away from the facility. The UWM may not care about the workers, but the facility itself represents quite the investment, and blowing it to atoms would end us, but then all the time and money that went into it, as well as the supplies it generated go with us.))

((From what I've read, Hephaestus has a anti-orbit defense system. Apparently it should keep enemy battleships and cruisers at bay. I thought the laser grid could take out smaller ships, but apparently not. Defense forces should focus on keeping the AO system online, otherwise the ships can get in closer to drop off heavier equipment and larger amounts of infantry.))

((Blackshot are the shotgunlike rounds, if I recall. I don't know any but player custom rounds that have a 'nasty acidic chemical' in them.))

((Hrmm. Maybe Blackshot is the shotgun round, but there is a round with a nasty chemical goop in it. Never found out what it was, but it dissolves organics like crazy. Nothing about violently combusting with everything and anything unfortunately. And yes I know there are things it doesn't react to, but that's a short list.))

((Ah, nice. ClF3 is also an incendiary, as well as a poisonous gas (by the way, the 3 goes in subscript, not superscript, and the L is in lower case.).

((EDIT: Holy balls, this shit is explosive on contact with nearly anything.))
