Your exosuit is flint's industrial one. I dunno if I ever gave it a +1 end stat. Maybe. But really, the difference between 2 and 3 in this case would be basically nothing.

Assuming Grate survived the manipulator thing OK, and doesn't die/get disabled before his turn, he tries to shoot the amp user again. AT the wall if not possible. Basically aim at the amp user through a nice wall and fire.
