Charles runs into cover (behind Miyamoto), checks if he can rotate the turret and shoot the amp specialist with it. If he can, he unloads it at the specialist. DISRUPT HIS COUNTER ATTACK VIA SPEECH ROLL! He sticks an arm out of cover and points his conventional magazine at the specialist, keeping it as far away from is own body as possible whilst shielding is chest with his other arm and detonates it.

((It was a joke referring to the possible consequences of rolling a 9 with a universal manip while doing something difficult and intense with gravity. Pretty sure one doesn't just see a black hole opening just like that, especially not at a planet, seeing how they're made/born from stars.))
