"Sounds alright to me. Oh and it's Haizea, Zephyris Haizea."
Seeing that she had nothing better to do at the moment she went to help Flint. She didn't see any reason to celebrate their overly long stay here, but it'd probably help knitting the group together.

Help out Flint with party preparations.

"Sounds alright to me. Oh and it's Haizea, Zephyris Haizea."
*while writing* "H-a-i-z-e-a. Got it. Thanks."
"It's not that hard. Mig-Rur-kesh-in. Migrurkeshin. And escorting a labcoat? Bleh."
"OK. Migurkreshnin. Got it. Oh, and believe me, Simus doesn't need escorting. She's a powerful cyborg (and a very beautifully crafted cyborg might I add) equipped with weapons of mass destruction. If anything she might end up protecting you. Your assignment will more closely resemble that of a lab assistant. While we're out exploring, you report to your teamleader, whoever Miyamoto assigns you to. When you return here, you'll help Simus with whatever she needs analyzing in the lab. Sounds alright to you? I thought you would be perfect for the job, since I overheard you telling Miyamoto that you got those see-all goggles." If you think about it, I'm asking him to become another lab tool, a glorified microscope. For some reason Flint found that thought greatly amusing.

((EDIT: I wonder how many ways I can find to misspell your name.))

I object to being referred to as a labcoat, Migrurkeshin. Apart from that, having you will just reduce the time taken organizing and storing things, which is all the lab is really equipped for. So really, both of us could have that as just a secondary duty.

And Flint, I wouldn't call my grenades weapons of mass destruction, they ain't pocket nukes. Sure, one high explosive one can take out the front of a building, but they're not much compared to even an eighth kiloton that we could buy in the armory.

Attempt to setup the holoprojector to display a diagram of the base when idle. Not really useful, but better than nothing.

((PW, how many grenades did I get when I picked up the offered free ones?))

"I guess it all depends on your definition of 'mass'. Sure, they don't compare to a nuke, but anything that can destroy an entire building is massive enough for me. I prefer weapons that are a bit more... focused in their destruction. Limits the chance of hurting innocents and blowing up yourself in close quarters."

((By the way, you still got that aster-ex? Just out of curiosity.))

"Be careful what you ask for mister Migrukershnin."

((Oh yeah, I still have that kilo of Aster-EX.))

That's why I got a laser rifle and made it generate its own power instead of needing batteries. And the civvie gauss rifles, which I have something special in mind for, though the result might be a bit awkward to handle, it's going to be quite a bit longer than a standard weapon. Long-range use only, in all probability.

"Flint, I am listening to this with growing astonishment, but I still don't understand how being in charge of keeping the stock of the base supplies gives you the powers to designate workforce. And I am further dumbfounded why you and the others decided to talk about and bicker over it without even waiting for the Team Leader's responce of approval. Did I miss something?

Mind you, I am not critisizing anything yet. I will have ample time for that. But I would like an explanation."

"You misunderstand, I just suggested that each official designate his subordinates, so that I can know who's working in which post and who's in charge of whom and all those stuff, so that I will know who can take which kind of supplies. So that, for example, engineers would be cleared to take spare parts from the garage and I would hold Bishop responsible for anything his subordinates take, while non-engineers would have to be cleared by either Bishop or me or my storemen before taking spare parts from the garage. The names I said were just suggestions. Nothing is official yet. I simply said that so that we will begin discussing who wants to go with whom.

And so far, despite his whining mister Mirugkershni hasn't declined the position I suggested, neither has Simus."
