Keep searching the cells. If there are no more cells to search, go search the administration room for secrets hidden in books, under desks or chairs, inside light fixtures, in the computer, etc.. ((Note: In the computer doesn't mean the computer hardware. Just in case Flint tries to destroy the computer looking for something inside its case. Wouldn't want whoever is using it to try to kill me. I've seen what happens when you disturb the tinkerers.))
You keep searching the downstairs cells. You find an unused shiv, a wallet with a money card and a few plastic photos, and a datachip that is cracked. Not exactly black level secret documents.
Look around for punks I can stab.

Jim took the syringe and the datapad to examine in further detail later. "A neon green deer," he guessed, extremely unfairly as he had seen the doctor place it in his pocket. He went back to the first floor and started checking cells again. "And your 'spy' target is probably 'butt' since you've been staring at Faith's for awhile now," he added, hoping to relieve the group's tension a bit with humor, even if it was at Mesk and Faith's expense.

There was a bit of rioting, they turned against the governor of this place, shit went down. We don't know how the hell they all got out or what happened to the guards, but not really our problem either. You might want to smack some heads about from that last lot we sent up, especially the blueshirts or anyone with a copper badge on.
There doesn't seem to be anyone alive here anyway. There's a computer teminal though, so maybe you can find out some more stuff from that.
