Great job, whoever used that amp. Doc, our guide needs you.
Drop the current glowstick on the ground where I'm standing, then go over to Conrad, grab two more from him, and put them at the edges of the light along the ropes, so as to illuminate the path for us again.
Now hang on, everyone. I'm going to relight the path in both directions for us. Until then, no more stupid ideas. Actually, scratch that, no more stupid ideas, period.
You take a few more glowsticks from conrad and crack them on. You lay them in a line, creating another tunnel of light until you successfully reconnect with the path on both sides. Easy peasy.
(Oh god I've stranded us without a guide)
Mason looks for some shades to catch, then tastes the sand.
You look around. Absolute darkness. Ah. Welp, no better time then this to take off your helmet and jam a handful of unknown, extra dimensional crap into your face!
You unseal your helmet and grab a handful of sand, jamming a good amount of it into your mouth. Tastes like sand, imagine that.
Sure.
Check if I can do something to help our guide. Don't consider throwing another tantrum, though - Thrak isn't around anymore... Poor soul. I should put a memorial plaque in his memory.
(( Checked once again - for some reason I misread the
rope and other basic tools to climb with, and some paper and pens
into including a lantern. Bad on my part, I'm very sorry. ))

You poke Conrad a bit. He groans. Yeah, he's fine.
"What do you mean by everyone? We are only lacking one of us, and even then nothing of value was lost."
Milno gets to the rope to follow the group deeper into the path.
You walk over to the rope and get it safely under your foot so you can know where it is, even if something unexpected happens again.
(I remeber a little entry thing in our helmets, but it was stupid)
Instead Mason will attempt to remember the light path, then he will get a glowtick and follow it.
[int:2] The path was right around...shit. Oh, wait! Someone is yelling over in that direction! Better follow that.
You follow the sound of people talking till you get back into the light of the path. You spit out your mouthful of sand and wave.
"What do you mean by everyone? We are only lacking one of us, and even then nothing of value was lost."
Milno gets to the rope to follow the group deeper into the path.
"Well, what about May?"
((Seriously, what about May? Is she just autoed behind us?))
In general, if people are absent I have them follow along with the group. In this case May is sticking close to Thomas, because of obvious in character reasons.
"Damn it, I'm sorry Mr. Conrad," Faith said, examining his injuries. "I thought for sure we could get through one mission without injuring an innocent bystander."
Examine our guide, make sure he's okay.

You poke at the man a few times. Well...he's in less then 3 pieces...gonna call that a success.
"What do you mean by everyone? We are only lacking one of us, and even then nothing of value was lost."
Milno gets to the rope to follow the group deeper into the path.
"Well, what about May?"
((Seriously, what about May? Is she just autoed behind us?))
Team: "AHHHH WHAT'S GOING ONNNNNNNN-"
"Oh. That's what happened to May. Hey, May? Just calm down for a sec, and I can explain it all."
Thomas explains the situation to May.
[speech:5-1]
"Well, we're in a place where light only goes so far and sort of creates bubbles, and we need to stay in those bubbles because if not we won't be able t see anything and we'll get lost. We've got this rope path though, so we can get through it."
(I meant stick my arm in, scoop the ground, repeat, i'm looking like an idiot aren't i, i'm constantly worrying about stuff like this.... i hate aspergers.)
You went running out after shades before Simus cracked a glowstick. So you just kinda charged into the dark. Doesn't really matter now though.
"Oh, lovely." Charro took a few deep, calming breaths as the surroundings were filled with light once more, then took stock.
He tood up and saw Conrad, frowned, then adjusted his hat and moved over to him. "One of you, help me with this, alright? It wouldn't do to leave our guide just lying here."
>Carry Conrad over so he is within arm's reach of the rope.
>Then wait and see what the others do.
You grab Conrad under both arms and drag him till he's laying on top of the guide rope.
