'Hey, wait a minute. Before we leave, we should tie some rope between the cages, so as not to get separated in the storm.

Also, maybe, just maybe, we could try NOT TO DESTROY RANDOM STUFF IN THE HUNTERBOTS HOMEBASE? Honestly people, it's thinking like that which made the mission go fubar the previous time. Nobody smash anything before we know how to shut the bots off.

Hell, as far as I'm concerned, nobody smash anything period. We're not a bunch of frakking hooligans, for crying out loud.'

Search for something around to tie between the cages, and start going to the center once everybody's ready.

Go with whoever goes in cage 1. Also concentrate on a piece of rebar to see if I can lift it withmy mind.

"We could keep sone rebar as makeshift melee weapon."

You get into cage 1 and attempt to lift a piece of metal with your mind. It doesn't work.

"Against who, the ones that are tanks or the ones that are covered in lightning?"  Roger gets into a cage and gets ready to move it.

You get into cage 1 with Jack and stomp your feet, ready to go.

"By all means, go right ahead. We're going to be looting the place anyway, so why not smash some shit up? Might stop the whirlwind part of the whirlwind, which would be good."

Bishop nodded at his creations before hopping into the second cage.

"Ok kiddies, lets go walk into an electric storm. Try your best not to get the attention of the hunters."

Hop in the second cage with anyone who's not sure of which cage they are going in, and get moving towards the whirlwind.
You  get into the second cage and wait for miyamoto.

Pick up the remnants of the destroyed bot and then head towards the group going building to building until the edge of the whirlwind.

(we'll assume they waited for you)

You join up with the rest of the crew and get into cage 1.

You tear some more weather stripping from a door way and tie the cages together before getting in the second cage.

The Team, squished together in their cages, slowly make their way into the storm, electricity crackling around them and arcing menacingly through the snow. The storm only grows stronger as they progress farther, a noticeable wind whipping through the streets, the haze of ashy snow so thick that they can barely see, their only guides being the shadowly, half glimpsed forms of monolithic buildings lining either side of their path. The buildings seem to loom over them, practically forming an arch high above. Over the rushing of the wind and the dry clinking of the cages, something can be heard; soft slapping noises, like meat being dropped on concrete.

(( Do I need the cage? I'm made of stone so in theory electrical discharges would have no effect on me at all. ))

Look around as we walk for the source of the sound.
"Nice cages.

((That depends, do you want to risk getting electrocuted while wearing a highly conductive suit?))

Keep going, we can't afford to stop now, but keep an eye out for trouble.

((Doesn't really matter, it's highly conductive in big or small pieces and will attract electricity.))

"Anyone else hear that?"  Roger keeps going, but looks around for the source of the noise.

"Maybe this time it's a murderbot that flops on the ground shooting electricity everywhere, wouldn't that just be wonderful."

keep going while focusing on the noise, trying to get a glimpse

Feel free to get out if you want, but you don't know the properties of what you're made out of.

The team keeps moving, looking for the source of the sound as they go. The slapping seems to be coming from everywhere, echoing faintly all around them. As they walk, the buildings overhead finally meet and form arches over head; it gives the illusion of walking through the ribcage of some great beast, this segmented hall of towering arches swept by blinding snow. The slapping is still with them, but closer now and they stop to listen. Whatever is making that slapping noise is coming toward them from the right, moving slowly. The can see a shadow shape, a vague outline 10 feet tall with a thin protuberance rising from it's back, electrical discharge arcing onto or out of the protrusion continuously.

Continue going and try to pick up the pace, estimate how much farther we are from the center.

'Kay people, this is it. Stay sharp, we've entered the lion's den. If we screw up now, we'll be in a world of pain when all those hunters come swooping down, so let's keep this as quiet as possible. Everybody clear on this?'
