Install issues

Recent, when trying to update my game to the newer patches, I keep getting an error message when trying to extract the files from the zipped folders.
!   C:\Users\Ryan\Documents\My Games\Indie Games\Dwarf Fortress\DF 34.07\df_34_07_win.zip: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged
I have tried downloaded from the different links, still with the same problem. Could my WinRAR be out of date? Thanks for any help.

Try opening it with windows explorer instead, as in the built-in zipper instead and extracting it all with that. Righclick->open with -> window explorer.

If still broken, it's a bad download
