All I did was go into the Advanced perimeters and set every volcanism related parameter to its max. That's literally it.

I also should mention that I cranked the mineral scarcity to its lowest, so there's gonna be a FUCKLOAD of minerals and shit.

As kaijyuu pointed out, this world is not that dorfy due to the critical lack of sedimentary stone. If [MIN:VOLCANISM:X](the actual parameter could be different) is 100, then there is no sedimentary layers.

It is possible to make a world filled with volcanoes and some sedimentary stone. Maximize volcanism variance, use a 2x2 volcanism mesh and put maximum weight on the classes of min and max volcanism. I think it's the best way to guarantee embarks with both lava and sedimentary layers.
