Do werebeast recur? And a few other questions.

Hey, I just had a were-MAMMOTH attack my fortress, he killed my expedition leader, legendary miner, and two soldiers. He is strong and freaking FAST. Will he come back? And also, what is the best way to trap him? Can I use a cage trap, and if so, can it be tamed?

I've never even heard of a were mammoth, or any of those in my life, and cage trapping a mamoth could work if its got web stuff on it (im trying to figure it out myself, it allows you to catch anything in the cage trap, even bronze colossi), else, maybe, but wouldnt hurt to have serraded disks in case...

As for taming, I'd assume so, but I've never encountered were beasts before

just shot him with a balistic arrow, i think he will get stuned from that >.>

were mamonth?

well you should hid you peple and he only attacks during a full moon (indicated by the top right white circle/ half circle)

and best way to kill him is when he attacks you, and then changees back to normal, kill him >.> or cage him your choice, and if normal mamoth can be cage then so can were mamonth

well you can't really tame were people cause they are only temp mamonth form

I think my only option is to cage it, it is EXTREMELY strong and fast,but I don't have a GCS, so I can't web it. Does anyone know if you can cage a normal mammoth?

im pretty sure a mamoth is the same as an elephant... so yes you can cage him and train him and use him as a battering ram

You probably can't train him, since werecreatures are intelligent.

o ya, well you can use him as a targrget to train, and let him heal him self and repeat >.>
