Good idea, only they'd go around naked. Maybe as FANCIFUL and DOES_NOT_EXIST, so they can be in engravings?

Hmm cybermen are more complicated than I thought they would be. This may take a few days. Really wish I knew how to convert units to DF ones so I can add materials.

How to kill these things in fortress mode...strategically unleashing HFS?  Necro910's catchphrase?  Cave-ins? 

In Adventure Mode, perhaps the key to killing them is destroying their eye-stalk.

My idea for the angels isn't, currently, quite functioning as intended, but I'm gonna keep fiddling with it. I'll let you know.

On the Daleks:
Initial test (Grandmaster everything cyclops vs Dalek who's fighting a sponge [Still immortal]) shows that removing the eye stalk is only good to make it unable to retaliate. Killing it... impossible without weapons so far.

Doable as a syndrome inducing substance though

You'll make the Cybermen vulnerable to gold, right?

Was thinking about it. The ones I have are like a hybrid of the classic and new designs, and unlike the new ones they need to breathe. So they could get a MAT_FORCE_MULT for gold. Or I could mod gold so that it stops their lungs with a syndrome.

Relevant to Dalek Vs. Cybermen

The ending is especially relevant as to why to fear the DA-LEK!

EDIT:
Daleks even rock with their insulting and bragging rights.


And I find the arena results rather consistent. Daleks are supposed to curbstomp just about anything they come across; and if the clip I provided is enough merit, they can back up their claim to do that.

From now on, every battle against daleks must be against 1 dalek.

EDIT EDIT: (Mod idea)
Now that I come and think of it, the Daleks remind me a whole lot of the Ur-Quan Kohr-Ah of the Starcon universe. They also want to 'cleanse the universe' big time. Only real difference is that the Ur-Quan are 10 meter caterpillars and fly battlestars with crap-ton powerful cannons (or in the case of the Kohr-Ah, giant saw blades) and fighters (super-heated fireball emitters).


Which reminds me, can somebody make a Starcon mod? We can already establish that we can find the Mycon (Sentient Tower Caps) deep underground (living with their offshoot cousins the Plump Helmet Men), and Deep Children would certify as megabeasts since the mighty Juffo-Wup designed them to destroy planets from the inside.
