Save for the continent in the upper right corner and the Mediterranean being particularly large, it's incredibly similar to Earth.  I don't know why everyone else in this thread is being such a buzzkill.

Maybe with some good continental drift, more volcanism, erosion, and a fair portion of the water being locked up in the North polar ice cap.
