Does anybody know what I would have to do to get MultiMC to work with 1.6.4? It seems to just not recognize that this version exists...

Whenever the new launcher came about is when MultiMC stopped working. Because of the launcher change and life reason the dev for it had to put it on the back burner. It still is being worked on but I don't think it will be ready any time soon.

I wish there was a mod that added a tutorial book or massive amount of achievements for all the popular mods. It sucks having to decide out of the hundreds of options in a mod pack on what to do next, then looking up every bit of information about it.

Hm.. I started writing some primers for a few of the mods in my pack. Would that be a thing people would like? Written tutorials showing off mod features?

Some would like, others prefer doing things on their own.

I wouldn't mind a few primers. Potions, TC modifiers and cooking recipes would all be useful... Plus I like the look of books on my shelves.  :)

TC Modifiers already have a book, silly. The red Materials and You.

NEI is a better cooking guide than any book would be.

Except for when it isn't fully supported by the mod, and the mod's changed recipes from other mods and now you can't make a Squeezer because the documentation you've found for the mod is all shit.
And by mod I mean GregTech.

What? Last I checked, Max was only on the RP server.

For one thing, Greg doesn't touch the squeezer recipe. The only non-vanilla other mod recipies he touches as near as I can tell are 1. Forestry bronze mashing because it was an exploit that gave infinite bronze, copper, and tin, and 2. Buildcraft quarry. That's it.

You can't' view squeezer recipe because forestry has its own crafting handler.

Not really. It uses a server command to spawn in free tracks.

Been in the mood for Minecraft again, and figured I'd check out 1.6 along with Millenaire, since I like to have a more living world to interact with when playing single player. Anyone know of some good mods that play well with Millenaire and are working with 1.6?
