Eloraam simply doesn't want people checking out and using the code used for Blutricity. It's impossible to make a direct power converter without checking out said code.

She did give her blessings to the Heatstone Mod, however, which provides a simple method to convert any power to any other kind of power. Perhaps try poking the creator of this mod to make an updated version. Or make your own.
