It stores multiple .minecraft installations as "instances", so you can load them seperatly.

Also, I reinstalled the mods. NOW THINGS DON'T SMELT AT ALL AND ANIMALS STILL DON'T HAVE DROPS!
Ugh, I'm thinking smart moving may be more trouble than it's worth :/
Does TFC work perfectly without smart moving?

I can try and help you troubleshoot later when I get home.

Smart moving doesn't seem to change anything, I thought it might be that because the problems started when I installed it. However, even after uninstalling it, it didn't work.

Okay so be systematic. Start with a new blank instance and install each mod one at a time. After installing each mod, check to see if things work. Make sure you're using the client version of each mod, not the server version (something I did a few times)

Do this for each and every mod until you find the problem.

Also, here's a screenie of the load order I have here:
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

TFCraft is the one with the problem, and removing either smart moving, Render API or both doesn't do anything.

It may just be an issue with the latest build for tfc. I'll send you build 45 when I can then.

Yup. Asked on their IRC, it's a known bug with 46b. I suggest nobody upgrade to it, and to just find 45 instead.

EDIT: Here's a linky for it http://www.terrafirmacraft.com/files/TFCraft-client-core-B2-Build45.zip

I don't think I've ever managed to grab a working version of TFCraft, there always seems to be a game breaking bug :P

Well der's yer praaaaablem!

You need the rest of your .minecraft folder. MMC doesn't download and install Minecraft, I always just copy over my vanilla main install.

Looks like doing a force update did the trick.
My only problem is that multimc seems to be breaking vanilla sounds.
(did a vanilla "test" instance, no sound, used the normal instance, no sound)
