   I think I don't want to touch it honestly. Next time we try a timelapse we should instead of asking what we should do instead should just fix it all up ahead of time and simply be posting something like "going to do a timelaspe at [time] on [days] of a [structure] with this design [pic] and anyone that wants to help can hop on to [server]". It seems that we had been going to use the planehacked server for it so all that would need to be done is get everyone that wants to join whitelisted and then have an OP, I should still be one come to think of it, that can creative mode everyone thats doing it. After all, every server needs some megaproject in the middle of some random desert or what have you.

It does actually.
But it mines sand pretty slowly cause its a pickaxe.


Also, the sword of the zephyr and the boots nerfs make me sad.

I figured out how to get crystals to spawn:

You need a symbol that will generate something (perhaps anything?) underground. Cave, Ravine, and Lake all seem to work.

My newest stripmine world didn't have any crystals, and checking the book seems to confirm this.
