I don't really see how discussing the drama around a few modders being whiny manchildren is vastly relevant to discussing the mods, but fine. I redact my previous statement, go wild.

In other news the first steps of my new build are done and if I can find the texture packs I'll actually have Sphax textures for every mod for the next iteration which will make it look nicer.

I'm primarily waiting for Technic pack to update to 1.2.5 before I do anything fancy. Although I might just go ahead and update manually for now, I want to see the effects of herding an entire village into a crucible of souls.

I wonder if a combination of wind/dark seals and detection seals could make a 'creature conveyor' by shutting off each suction seal as the creature gets close and activating the next one pulling it along.

hmm... wind+dark and magic+airs on opposite sides of a narrow pathway = zombie/creeper shooting gallery!  Alternately throw chickens in there, but I can't think of a way that would contain the chickens and also allow them to be shot at.

I am making a mod pack right now, or well i am installing alot of mods, mainly Terra Firma Craft and i tried adding Mo's creatures too. The only mobs that spawn naturally are turtles and fish, and mantarays. Nothing else, the instaspawner is capable of spawning the animals with no problems. Could someone help me getting Mo's creatures mobs to spawn in a Terra Firma Craft world?

No ideas there myself, but I'd imagine TFCraft changes the biomes, so there might not be any way to make it work.

I am not familiar with the intricacies of Minecraft, so forgive me if I sound foolish:

Not all mods are compatible with Multiplayer, correct? If this is true, could someone point me to a listing of mods compatible with MP?

The problem is that minecraft behaves differently depending on if you're in multiplayer or singleplayer, which means a mod must be specifically made compatible for either or both.

And I don't know of a list of SMP compatible mods.
