Elf caravans are awesome. I keep saying this. In any case, I think I got a GDS or two in version 0.31.25. I know I got mated pairs of grizzly bears (in one fort) and a few gorillas in one 0.31 fort from the elves. In my current 0.34.07 fort, I just landed a mated pair of giant keas and wolves from the pointy-ears. If I'm real lucky I may also get to breed giant lice.
