You create a lovely heat powered mining drill. Sadly, heat is not much to work with on its own. But still, it works.

...Tara examines your handiwork.

"Interesting, but your power supply is a bit... clumsy, to say the least. Unsurprisingly, you didn't pass. But then, that was just the pretest. I'll keep it, though." She does just that.

"Now then! There's a lot ahead of us. For one, you clearly never thought of a little something called friction.... and your assembly could use some work. And no, I am NOT letting you touch the arc welder. Not. A. Chance."

She proceeds to school you, quite vigourously. Tara is a fairly harsh teacher.
