I have a dwarf, a certain Ushrir Lederib, whose entire body appears to have minor wounds. Every body part. From eye to floating rib, from tongue to the fifth toe on his left foot, everything has, as the wiki says, "inhibiting" wounds. Every organ... I don't even know how they know that his pancreas is inhibited. Anyway, I think it's a bug, due to both the strangeness of his every body part being wounded and how it does not show on the "thoughts and preferences" screen.

This has been reported Luna knows how many times since the version change, and is harmless. Most likely it is damage from worldgen battles.
