Throw an inactive at the dogs, making sure (s)he arrives before the bumrush does.

Your search was an overwhelming success, as you find your own hands attached to your arms.

I didn't even have a shoe to throw at the keycard- I think you're out of luck.

Failing this, we could butcher an inactive and fashion weapons of bone.

And shoes out of their hide and dog treats out of their flesh.

Yes, butcher all the inactives!

'cause he's a coward.

If not wanting to charge toward magic insta-death dogs because I doubt a plan involving brute force would work is cowardice, then yes I am a coward. I prefer my death be toward something that seems productive, rather then a blind charge; especially when the GM has shown that such blind charges have not worked in the past.

Zomar grabs the corpse of Iaman and makes a madcap dash for the exit! Oh dear it is locked. The guns still keep firing and another corpse finds the floor.

As per how to get the needed 10 people over once the card has been gotten-if my suggestion works at all- is we continue to throw people over in the exact same way. A new person spawns whenever an old one enters the next room remember? 4 of us would have to stay behind and die but thats no big deal.

Alternatively alternatively, we just throw one person up on that pole and he distracts the dogs with his juicy, just out of reach throat while the rest of us sneak around to the exit. The the man on the pole throws the card to us and we go through. Then he can jump down and try to make it/ one of the newly spawned people can make it in.

Okay, but only if you volunteer to be the one thrown.

Actually, judging be the apparent size of the dogs, atop the pole is not a safe place to be.

It's a meter high- any competent dog can rip someone down by their ankles, especially given our squishability.

No, I think the trick here is strength in numbers.  There are three dogs and ten of us- even assuming that the dogs can kill two people each during a mad dash, that'd still be four people who get across safely.

The last puzzle was different- the door was guarded by auto turrets, machines that could shoot a large number of people with ease.  The dogs specifically cannot reach the door- once we get past them, we'll be okay.

I'm just assuming that since this is a puzzle game that the answer won't be "OI CHARGE THE BASTARDS!". Seems a bit low brow, the sort of thing that will end in "You all die because thats not the answer".  But whatever, if you and your charge of the light brigade is actually the solution then I'll volunteer as a meat shield for the next charge.

As per being the one thrown, yeah, sure, have at it. I don't mind dying as long as I see some small chance of success (loonie mindset).

Sometimes the solution is the obvious one.
