*Cough*

Responding to that video would be entirely pointless, it does a good enough job of making a mockery out of itself.

You good sir madam are a horrible and evil being for linking TVTropes, and your dark powers cannot possibly be used for good purposes.

Can I imprison you underneath my entryway to either drive goblin invaders to infinite procrastination or untimely insanity aimed at their fellow greenskins?

(Yes, I will weaponize ANYTHING I find if it is deadly or disastrous enough)

I approve of your ambition.

Sadly I would prove to be an ineffective defense against goblins because I'd dedicate my life to chasing down kobolds. All of the kobolds.

Kodkod: does not apply to clearly gay men. Spartans were clearly gay men. Clearly gay men would not be interested in the damsel in distress, and are already a radical departure from established social mores. Clearly gay men feature prominently in greek stories.

Well then I'll ship all males off to your fortress and we can each enjoy the benefits of a one-gendered society.

PHASE TWO: Parthenogenesis!

Kodkod: bonus! Google "eromanos".  The wikipedia article has some interesting artwork.

Gah, my eyes! Why would you do that to me?

Just to point out how silly applying a tvtropes trope about masculinity to ancient greek heros is. :)

I can clearly see you aren't ready for priapus.... the priapea in particular has some lush gems that speak volumes about greek culture......

Whelp... you keep your kinks and I'll keep mine, and never shall the two worlds meet.

Really though, I wasn't being 100% serious in regards to the whole dealio, some silliness is a forgone conclusion with me. We all have our little mechanisms.

I think you get the wrong opinion of my orientation...  I am not a clearly gay man. I am the far more rare clearly nonsexual one. I find all reactions and tropes concerning sexuality equally hillarious.

(I recommend priapus as a shock god to highschool students doing the greek mythology unit. I am sure I have traumatized several teachers that way.)

Holy hell, first off Dr Phil = Jerry Springer (maybe) with some kind of degree... retarded but absolutely hilarious.  Reminds me of the consequences of *certain places* interacting with the real world.

Also KodKod, my apologies for mistaking your gender for as a longtime resident of the internet I assume all individuals are either male or federal agents.  However, while I detest kobolds as much as anyone else why do you not pursue the greenskins?  Surely they are just as vile and contemptable as their poorly-armed cousins-in-evil and would warrant the horribly distracting effects of your attention?  Even if not, ask the dwarven queston: if you can kill something with it, why the hell not?

What a coincidence, you've already traumatised one more.

Confession time!

I love kobolds, they're cute and cuddly and mind-bogglingly adorable. And just like everything else I love I want to inflict pain upon them. How DARE they make me love them?

While I do admire and encourage your enthusiastic slaughter of a skulking race, I have a few things to say:

1.) I will ensure that you never learn who I am or where I live, as I am less like Rihanna and more like her ancestors when it comes to whips and chains.

2.) You still didn't answer my question: while you obviously love to torture the kobolds, why not add Goblin Claus simply for the sake of including him in your festivities?  I'm quite certain he'll feel left out if you don't.

I am not Rihanna, nor do I share her... fetishes.

I'm not saying that I would refrain from killing goblins, after all Armok demands blood and who am I to deny it? There's just no real satisfaction in it. They're brutish, ugly, evil creatures who go on the offensive and attack dwarves for the hell of it. Kobolds on the other hand are small, defenseless creatures who only attack when they're cornered and are forced to put their lives on the line and steal just to survive.

I can only laugh maniacally after the mass slaughter of one of those two.

Remind to never flirt (evenly jokingly) with or anger KodKod for fear of limb.

I'm a wicked, evil man like that. :)  look at it this way, you were spared the "classroom presentation".

A little knowledge is a dangerous thing, and I have it in spades. :D

You should have seen what I did to my ex-fiancée and her new fling after I found out she was cheating on me.

... Vanaheimer... I join you in fear of KodKod...

My condolences, by the way, on your tragic circumstances. I had noted your sig before, but there isn't often an appropriate interweb time to mention something like that.

Why do I get the feeling it involved facebook, a digital camera, and a lot of "woman scorned"?

Kobolds on the other hand are small, defenseless creatures who only attack when they're cornered and are forced to put their lives on the line and steal just to survive.

I can only laugh maniacally after the mass slaughter of one of those two.

But... Armok DEMANDS that there is NO end to the slaughter!  While your preference for 'prey' that actually resists makes sense in a predatory mindset, remember that what the greenskins lack in reluctance they compensate for in sheer numbers (and liters of blood for donation to Armok's dinner table).  However if you 'feed' the mongrels enough to encourage a full-out assault you may be able to appease his bloodlust for a short time... but I have not been able to recreate that scenario since my first fortress attempt, and even then from what I now know that still is not enough to sate His thirst.

That being said please continue with your butchery as it reminds those of non-dwarven heritage that we are not to be trifled with, and to do so anyway results in their undoing.

And @wierd, what was it Einstein said? A little knowledge is a dangerous thing, but so is a lot?  Or is that just from Eureka? (either way, it tells scores about our dwarven charges)

And again @Kodkod, I am both fearful and intrigued by your retribution against your former fiancee and potential mate.  Did it involve magma like a true dwarven undertaking (literally or figuratively) or was of a more Human or even (bleh) Elven nature?
