I've been flying around with it since roughly a year and i'm enjoying it a lot.

If you're more interested by trading and space combat that were in FE2 and FFE that inspire Pioneer, currently it will not keep your interest much as both area are rather lacking and may be more developed in future releases (usually one each month).

But if you like to just explore moons, asteroids and strange planets landscape, give it a try, it's really good and sometime frankly stunning.

if youre a programmer feel free to chech the website and ge tinvolved they are developing a lua based mission development based program editor.  Content contributors are needed, its a great game graphics focused at the moment as that is where the bulk of the open source contributors are working but a good game all round with nightly builds and monthly alpha-beta updates and its fully free moddable and all open source

It seems like it invariably crashes whenever I open the F2 menu. It shows for a second, then the program closes.
