Turn Nineteen B: I do not actually know the lyrics to YMCA

Elenor:Past Elenor: Pay the 120 CP. Discuss the possiblity of adding his set of daggers into the package, since they are light and would take little or no more space than the halberd alone. Give the man a letter with his seal to be delivered to his relative in order for him to be sure the transportation was authorized.
Present Elenor: a) Cautiously search and try to identify any possible traps, preferentially from a distance and b) Examine the door and the torches carefully. If it has already been done, light the torches from afar, as in throwing something to light them, all the while crouching against the nearest corner.
(6) The man agrees after you discreetly show him one of your (stained glass) gems, and even offers to arrange things so that your package arrives two days earlier - obviously, you pass him the piece of glass for that. As long as he doesn't find out, it will be fine...
(5) Back to the present. Where other people have an angel and a devil on their shoulders, Elenor has two instances of Admiral Ackbar. The whole "light the torches beside the door" thing is a dead horse par excellence, and thus, he is especially careful because most likely the torches are schmuck bait, triggering a mechanism somewhere that leads to unpleasantries. But first, he searches the ground for pressure plates... finding none. The wall is also solid and there appear to be no hidden doors, nor are there pullable torches (not that he would have). For the next step, he carefully takes an unlit torch from its position, then ignites it with a match from the supply kit. He then skewers the lit torch on his sword, stands besides the wall and lights the first torch, slowly. Nothing happens. He then repeats the procedure from the other side...
Wow. If he had stood in front of the door, he'd be an Elenor sandwich now. The door, unfortunately, remains shut. Elenor concludes that the answer might lie in another room, so he exits back to the main hall. It turns out he entered the hallway to the left, so he marks it to remember that there's nothing interesting down the way.
Right and Center remain. Choosing a way is a free action.
Maka:Search for anything suspicious (MINIONABLE) around the perimeter of the ruins.
(1) A grizzly bear is sleeping behind the ruins. Maka takes this as an opportunity to thwack the thing with the battle cry "RRIIIISE FROM YOUR GRAAAVE!"
The grizzly is awake. It has headaches. It sees the reason for the headaches.
Maka still thinks it was totally worth it.
Ratherio:Go to ruins. Refrain from any social interaction. Refrain from hugging. Seriously, if I catch you doing the brothers in emoness thing ONCE MORE, roll to dodge GM's wrath.

Helskaya:Hel is at the inn. It looks (3) decent.
Apollo:Apollo approaches Elizabeth to ask her about the book.
(4) ""Of Universal Science?" I don't even want to ask where you got that idea from, but I have to concede that you do have good taste. There just is one problem: The book is on the Index. You're technically not even supposed to know about it. You see, this Kreutzer person - apparently he, or she, or it succeeded in what he/she/it wanted to do, but then apparently they had to stop him/her/it. That incident was a few decades ago, before you were born, and the Holy Orders have tried to purge it from history, so I don't know much about it either. Not even Kreutzer's gender..." She sighs. Not knowing about something appears to nag her.
"Anyway, Kreutzer was defeated - by the late King himself, it is rumored - and world peace was saved. All books, or nearly all of them about the now-forbidden techniques were burned and put on the Index. I know for a fact that a few copies of 'Of Universal Science' have survived... and so has its author." Apollo notes that she grins again, taking delight in her knowledge.
"Can you tell me more about that? Where are the books, where is the author?" he asks.
"I'm afraid I do not divulge all of my information for free. Do me a favor or two first, then we can talk again."
"So... which kind of favor is it?"
"You are to get me at least five bear asses."
Taren:Taren arrives at the crypt (5) without any problems.
Remy:We'll not know the results (or the dice roll, for the matter) until next turn.
