Yes, but his access to EagleV's comic taints him and precludes him from participating later on in the turn. Spoilers, and all that.

I fear that managing these rounds has left me cold and ruthless, a callous shell of a human who will cut absent participants without hesitance and without remorse. Yes, the rounds will run smoothly... but at what cost?

So basically we need someone to fill the last words slot.

Yea. I have no words to describe something like this, which is kind of a problem since that's my job. I'm not sure if I can actually do this. I'm also not sure how to express the problem without spoiling anything.
