The thick armor of Zalgo blocks the tip of Kahn's spear easily. However, a shock is activated, and Zalgo takes 3 damage and is stunned.

Zalgo doesn't seem to show any signs of tiring or dying.

The thick black plates deflect the magic sword, but some shock is delivered. Zalgo is currently stunned. The glowing red eyes of his helmet seem to flare up, and his deep Legion voice says, "RAH SUUNGIL'DA!" followed by his own voice whimpering, "...Who are you? Get out of my head! I don't want ... Why must we all die? Why?"

He sounds rather insane, especially since he just exhibited two voices, is talking to himself, and doesn't make any sense. Zalgo cradles his head.

The black sword of his glints again.

Jack throws another of his special force crystals.

6->1 The magic-amplifying crystal flies straight into one of the black floor tiles, except nothing happens. It's like the crystal was absorbed by the floor.

Sandra sounds slightly flustered. She plucks out a vial of black liquid from her pack and prepares to throw it.

Ace shoots himself with a -5 bullet.

Ace groans in pain as the -5 bullet does what a bullet gotta do, mainly hurting people. His too-good gun and his own gunnery skills prevent the bullet from somehow being abysmal enough to heal instead of hurt.

Rod 5 is successfully ignorant enough to not know the difference between open air and closed air. He gains 75% chance to be unable to tell the difference between two markedly different things, such as between a trap and a innocent tile; this is permanent until cured.

4 He wrenches his own body back to the black room, but loses 5 HP due to reality snapping back into place. He shouts out words!

He also wears calligae (roman soldier sandals), altough they are styled like the roman civilians' sandals, despite their sturdier leather.
