Arianna frowned. She couldn't afford to get hit with anything, but her allies were clearly in need of assistance. Well... maybe she could convince the Fires to give her another vial if she needed it.

Of course, it also occurred to her that she didn't like being reliant on friendly nearby mages for this. Surely there was another way to deal with this stuff...

Try to figure out a way to cure myself, or better yet become resistant to poisons like this.

(Oops, sorry D: Life happened, and this kinda slid off the radar...)
Shadow 2 jumps away and falls over, bumping his head on the floor. He feels dizzy. The good part is that the spell flew past his head. The bad part is that it's bouncing back to get him. The huge snowman-head (about four of his fists) slowly bounces towards him like only a sinister, smiling snowman head can do.

Ace 5 fires a bullet into the air. The loud sound of gem gunpowder catching fire and exploding catches everyone's attention quite fine. Everyone stops what they are doing, though the Water that was facing Shadow lets her spell go, and a huge snowman head bounces towards Shadow's head on the ground. 2 Ace fidgets, not sure what to do now he has the attention of about twenty people and five non-people. He has a creeping suspicion that even the robot of Azastre's is looking at him.

Rod 6->2 bonks the spine into the claymore a few times. Nothing happens, though the spine now has a dented base. He 5,6->3,2 does better this time, making the spine somehow retractable (he uses 2 sterling silver railing in that). The claymore now deals d6 extra ice damage whenever Rod deals stabby damage!
Rod might wish that the next floor is more ornate than this one, because he hasn't looted for so long.

Kahn sees that everyone's stopped what they're doing.

Arianna 1 reasons that drinking fire spirits had no reason to cure her (they would get digested! D:), ergo she is still poisoned. Wait a bit-

The effect of the antivenom have disappeared. Arianna now takes 10% damage per turn again.

Arianna takes 3 damage from the spiky feeling of frostbite in her.

Azastre 4 tells the robot to evac Juha and Zalgo first. It picks them up and moves them very gently to the inside of the fortifications on the Fires' side, ignoring any protests from them. Juha seems to laugh uneasily and wave at a nearby mage, while Zalgo stand stock-still.

Azastre sits down and 3,6->3,1=8 HP recovered. He is startled by a gunfire from Ace, though, and doesn't fully get the benefits of his healing.

Ire 1 tries to make a saddle for the lizard out of the rock hard fabric, but it snaps into two as soon as Ire tries to fold it around the lizard's body shape. D: There goes her plan.

Sitting crosslegged and closing her eyes, she took a deep breath, trying to focus.

Background: Shadow grew up in a small village and was raised by an aging Spirit Mage there who went by the name of Rikilson, originally Shadow's name was Leon Salvar, but an incident at the age of 12 caused him to change his name and flee his home town. Learning magic from the time he could talk Leon became in-tune so to say with Spirit Magic, at the age of 12 the town was attacked by a large band of bandits. Leon's Master was killed soon after the fighting broke out and in an effort to save the village Leon contracted the Asura Salastar, an evil spirit on the level of a lesser god who took the form a massive snake that could devour fire, into his body to gain the power to protect the village.

The spirit was to much for Leon to control at first and in the ensuing battle he destroyed the village and killed many of the people he sought to protect, finally gaining control of the Asura Leon fled into the mountains and spent many years in hiding sealing the demon into his body. Now he seeks to reach the top of the tower and gain the power to rebuild his village and purge the Asura within him lest it take over and he loose a true demon into the world.

Arianna 1 focuses. She thinks. She thinks some more. She comes to the conclusion that she thinks, therefore she exists. The jack-o-lantern, on the other ha-

4 damage taken from venom. Arianna feels so cold ...

Azastre 4 aims and fires, neatly destroying the snowman head with a 'pfft' sound. The jolly eyes and carrot nose and beaded mouth all clatter to the floor.

Shadow 2 slips away from the mage and the now-deceased snowman head. He wanders into the ice lizard, though, and cuts himself on a spine for 1 dmg.

Ace 1+2 Kahn 5+1

Ace adjusts his jacket, but finds his mouth dry. So many pretty girls all staring at him, very ready to kill him at a whim. Also quite capable of killing him. He gulps and stammers out what he was going to say. Kahn backs him up with a solemn nod, and he recovers his confidence midway, finishing his small speech with a flourish. He's not sure if the Waters are going to go back to killing or not—they seem undecided. Anything could tip the balance in any way.

Rod 5,6->4,1=7 HP healed for Arianna. Color returns to her face, but she grimaces as the painful poison stabs her all around inside.

Gretel takes the 6 initiative to sneak away, and she succeeds in doing so, except she steps on a ice spider, which shrieks loudly and calls the attention of her foes to her. She mutters something under her breath (probably "crap") and starts running. The Waters chase after her.

Perhaps the party should follow the lead of Gretel and escape to the stairs that glint in the base of the Fires — perhaps the Water Terracottas could distract them long enough to get there without incident.

He went over to her, picked her up in a princess carry - whether or not she wanted to walk on her own power since by this point she'd probably get quadruple poisoned if she tried - and started walking back toward the Fire Terracotta territory. He'd have to find a few more doses of the antidote for her.
