No "DF Strategy & Tips Index" thread?

I was wondering if there wasn't already a thread indexing threads regarding strategy and gameplay, and it just isn't active and/or goes by a different name.

I don't mean an archive of tutorials, but rather threads where veteran players discuss their favorite ways to do things; design strategies and the like.

Ah, that's what I was looking for, more or less.  So then, it just isn't active?  I wonder if it could be updated a bit, maybe even stickied...
