If you added 447, you'd have to decide what it did to dead bodies. It'd be like adding Procedure 110-Montauk, but less likely to cause seasoned DF players to quit in horror.

It would do an interaction that doesn't raise the corpse(or maybe it does, I didn't check), it needn't get any more detailed than that.

Materials can't do interactions.

My point is that no one knows for sure what 447-2 does. Maybe it reanimates corpses; maybe it turns into a horrible, keter-class blob when necrotic tissue comes into contact with it; maybe it's just some hyped-up fear from a couple O5-level personnel. It'd ruin the mystique.

Indeed. If I could, I would make it just be an instant lose when it comes in contact with dead bodies.

Oh I misunderstood; thinking by the reference to procedure 110-montauk that it was a (reanimated)creature that did things to corpses.  I did not want to check the site, in case my suspicions were correct.  I was suggesting that the in game description be as black bar censored as the site.

Maybe that the dwarves never died and everyone is just shunning them.

As for 110-Montauk: read SCP-231 and whimper in horror.

Not fear, just horror.

Im thinking 231 should be absolutely horrible and have a description of [DATA EXPUNGED] and attack you with [DATA EXPUNGED] and spells instant doom for your fort no matter how well you are protected

It's already in the game. Check prefstrings often enough and I think she may show up.

An idea concerning catching and securing the SCPs without hurting them: a workshop that gives D-Class personnel stun-gun/force field/catching net which is basically a breath attack that causes SCPs CE_UNCONSCIOUSNESS for a short period of time. Combine it with cages and you've got a perfect trap. If some of the D-Class personnel die, well, it happens.

I already have that for researchers, believe it or not.

Oh shit, do I have to add Uristocrat's changes to my raws? Damn. That's every single stone in the game that I have to re-edit.

SCP-999 (The Tickle Monster), anyone?
It technically causes extreme pain when it tickles, but tickles actually work through stimulation of the pain receptors, and the effect is the same in any event.  Happiness-causing interactions are currently impossible, so I made it boost its victims' social skills instead, as well as take away [CRAZED] and [OPPOSED_TO_LIFE] tags, which means it should (temporarially) be capable of calming down creatures like zombies and 682.  It might even cure berserk dwarves, but I haven't checked on this.

You have some major problems with the spacing in the files themselves. I would like to be able to see what's going on, but it's currently impossible.

Use Notepad++ instead of notepad and it should work fine. You could also just paste the contents of a file into a text... thing on the internet, such as the forum post things here.
