Thing one. I'm so going to forget to leave notes. Remind me them when it's me their turn for the fortress.

Thing two. Is there a due date to finish our rotation?

Can do, and there no real due date, but it would be nice if you could finish within a few days, but it's not requires. If your on your rotation for a significant time, we will just skip you.

Wow. This style is really interesting. I don't really think the crutches, splints, and buckets are necessary at embark and just take up points and just training dogs to wardogs is fine in most situations but whatever. By the time it is my rotation it won't affect me. :P

Care to dwarf me as the first hunter or ranger immigrant you get? Male, preferred jobs are hunter, animal training, and trapper. Preffered name is Athra. if its not too much to ask.

I hear a piranha is good eating.  I have a spear; I'll be fine!
The Pilot and their cargo handlers paused when they saw that the entire camp is covered in eldritch runes coated in blood. And rotting monkey corpses everywhere..

They decide that they didn't get paid enough for this..

Use rock to make Pots in a craftsdwarf's workshop. They can be used to hold food and booze.
Animals will starve unless you set up a pasture on the grass outside for them to hang out in.
You might want to make a garbage dump zone on the surface near your entrance to dump rotten stuff in, and stones you want to clear out of rooms. Make a refuse stockpile for all the rats your cats kill if you haven't done so already.

Great. Honestly, I kind of want to use the surface garbage zone as a quantum stockpile for a certain above-ground project I have in mind.

Out of curiosity, how do you have the labour divided to the dwarves?

it varies i constantly change up the labors with dwarf therapist, but for the most part if a dwarf has no skills i can use i give them stone hauling duties.
