Show insanity in the (u)nits list
« on: March 24, 2012, 12:56:18 pm »

I have 6 melancholy dwarves in my fortress, and it would be much easier to manage them if there was an indication on the units list that they can't work. Maybe just put 'Insane' in the job field and shuffle them to the bottom of the list?

A down arrow indicator?

In fact, adding down arrow indicators for hungry, sleepy, unhappy, etc. would all be useful additions.

Personally, I like [DF] because after climbing the damned learning cliff, I'm too elitist to consider not liking it.

Health screen?

Why not include as much information as possible in the units screen?  Especially if it only takes one tile to make a down arrow that cycles through all major problems?

I'm only suggesting it because when I'm trying to eliminate my idlers by enabling new labours on them, it's annoying to find that half of them are actually running around babbling instead of just unable to find work.
