Here is my Alt, Anini.

Character's Name: Vaihtoehto (Vai-TOE-eh-toe)
Character's Race: Human

Character's Age: 37
Character's Description: A large man with skin bruised, beaten, and hardened by combat. Walking through the streets he can been seen wearing a black trenchcoat that drops to to his ankles, dark blue jeans faded by long hours in the sun, and a deep grey T-shirt.
Character's History:
Being the youngest child of a large family who used to bully and harass him, Vaihtoehto became hardened and emotionless. Before a devastating storm, His family was engaged in a feud with one of the more powerful families. This feud caused a ripple effect of distrust for his family, leaving them exiled and alone inside the very "walls" of the town that they lived in.

Prior to becoming an adventurer, Vaihtoehto had a comfortable life, besides being harrassed by his family and neighbors. One day a giant storm rolled through his charcoal black townhouse, forcing his family to pack up and run. This storm ruined his only happiness, his home, and left his family drifting. Because his home was destroyed and no one trusted them, him and his family felt that they couldn't settle down anywhere. During their scavenging both his parents became ill with a serious disease, and eventually killed them.

Left with brothers and sisters that hated him, he did the only thing he could think of, he ran. Through countryside and through towns he ran, not stopping until he was either alone or close to dying. On a day where all his hope was lost in the gutter, a man's voice came to him through his dehydration-induced sleep. "hey... kid, you... awake yet?" the voice said through the grogginess of Vaihtoehto's sleep. With a start he jumped up, with a quickness that only a 20 year old could have, and guarded himself. "Settle down," the man said, "I ain't gonna hurtcha. What's your name, kid?" the old mans voice croaked.

And with this unfamiliar kindness, Vaihtoehto gained a tutor and a friend. This man trained him in the arts of blacksmithing and mining for 24 years. As there friendship grew and Vaihtoehto was about to surpass his elderly tutor, the old man passed away, leaving him alone again. Setting out from his tutors shop, he started a new chapter in his
 life with the tools and the clothes on his back.

Zako: Sorry, left out a sentence in your reply. You did just check if they returned, that's who the second sentence is referring to. I just somehow managed to forget the entire sentence repeating that you'd went and checked if they had returned.
