Welcome to Bay12 though.  We're a nice place, friendly, accepting, warm, although the warmth is usually from magma.  So long as you aren't a traitorous elf-sympathizer you won't have to worry about that though.

No mechanical parts, it's entirely magic based. It makes for a slower, and (Magically) more expensive minion, but the lack of moving parts would make it a bit harder to take down.

You could reactivate it, but you'd require some 'Enchanting Points'/EP.
