~~~~~~~~~~Meeska~Minack~~~~~~~~~~
You swim across the flooded chamber, reaching the shore on the other side to find...
Along with the many crates, barrels, and statues scattered around, there's a man asleep in a chair, and a raft on the edge of the water.
A)<Insert Action Here>
~~~~~~~~~~Nathan~Dillenger~~~~~~~~~~

There is no Training Course specifically for Knives, and the course for Sniper Rifles isn't available here at the headquarters.

There are two Rebels standing alongside it, talking with each other.

He's a middle aged man wearing a jacket and a newsboy cap, and he's asleep. You probably couldn't go rummaging around in the crates and barrels without waking him up.

You open the first crate, finding that it contains a few pots and vases. However, before you can open the next crate, you hear voices outside.

"Wake the hell up Joe, you're supposed to be makin' sure nobody comes down here, and it ain't lookin' like you are. Get these crates onto the raft."
