(Ah. Ok.)

"Ser," Aelfric said as he was tending to the king, "you will be fine. I will attempt to heal the wound."

Attempt to heal the King.

[1] You try to pull out the crossbow bolt but it is lodged in there rather good. Your attempts prove to do nothing and he is still bleeding with a crossbow bolt in him.

"Healers? Any healers?" Aelfric called out as he tried to at least stem the bleeding.

Look for any healers or medics.

Pile the enemy corpses in front of the door to make a wall, and make sure I'm in side.

"Dear God! Bring me to the back, now!"

Have some of the peasants bring me to the back and put me on a table.

[2] No one appears to have any experience with bandaging a wound.

[6] You manage to pile the bodies inside, but there is a flaw in your construction. Not a flaw in how well you built the barricade, no the barricade is quite strong. But you it is so strong you alone can't seem to break it down. You are trapped in the armory by a wall of dead people.

"Dear God! Bring me to the back, now!"

Have some of the peasants bring me to the back and put me on a table.

[2] The peasants can't seem to lift your weight, you swear that you heard one call you fat while they tried to lift you.

I normally don't like controlling players in the forum games I control, but I'm sensing he would consent.
[3] After a bit of struggling he manages to cut off the part of the crossbow bolt that sticks out with a kitchen knife.
[4] After he disposes of the half of the crossbow bolt he cut off he cuts off a piece of cloth from a dead soldier's shirt, wraps it around the wounded area and ties it so it won't fall off this time. The bandage manages to stop some of the bleeding but the part of the bolt which is still stuck inside him will no doubt cause an infection. A medic with the materials to stitch the wound up will be needed later on but for now this will serve to keep him alive. If the king were to engage in any further fighting he would no doubt stretch the wound further and end up injuring himself. Although he can try it.
